RAWALPINDI - The Lahore High Court (LHC), Rawalpindi bench, has been moved against the removal of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) provincial ministers from the Punjab cabinet. Petitioner Shahid Orakzai filed the petition on Thursday and told the court that these ministers were not removed due to their poor performance but because of bias against their party. The petitioner stated that the CM could not advise the governor to remove any minister without having support of majority of the members in the assembly.
