Indian Home Minister P Chidambaram said that the involvement of state actors in Mumbai attacks cannot be ruled out. In an interview he criticized Pakistan and said that to not act against Hafiz Saeed is atrocious. Chidambaram reiterated that there is evidence that Saeed conducted final drill for 26/11 attacks and also trained and made final phone call to Kasab. "Will raise 26/11 details in my Washington meetings," he said.
