A church building was partially damaged in a bomb blast in Cant area here in Mardan on Sunday. According to police, unidentified miscreants had planted explosives with the boundary wall of the church located in cantonment limits of Mardan which went off with big bang early on Sunday morning. As a result of explosion the building was partially damaged and the window panes of nearby buildings were also broken. However no causality or injury was reported in the blast. Police reached the spot and cordoned off the entire area and initiated search operation to nab the culprits but no arrest was made.
