ABU DHABI (Online) Former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf has denied the reports about offering premiership to Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan. I have never offered the slot of prime minister to Imran Khan. However, I offered him 10 seats. Imran kept on demanding 100 seats and every meeting was held on his request, Musharraf said while talking to a delegation led by Chairman PTI (Insaf Group) Farooq Ahmad Malik, which called on him at the Emirates Palace. According to details of the meeting released by PTI (Insaf Group), the former president also said Imran was spreading disinformation that he was his nominee for the premiership. Talking about prevailing situation in the country, Musharraf accused the incumbent rulers of incompetence, saying it had resulted in isolation of Pakistan while inflation and unemployment were on the rise as well. The country is on the verge of destruction, he maintained, adding, During my rule, only one drone attack was conducted but now dozens of such strikes are taking place.
