Blast damages Peshawar mosque

PESHAWAR - A mosque was partially damaged when an explosive device went off in Badhbera area just two-hour before the Friday prayer. Sources said that unknown miscreants planted time bomb device inside the water cooler of Sher Ali Mosque in Shekhan area of Badhabera, which exploded at 11:45 a.m. The blast partially damaged the outer boundary wall of the mosque, however no human loss was reported. Soon after the blast police and bomb disposal squad rushed towards the site and cordoned off the area. They also collected evidence from the blast site. According to bomb disposal squad the bomb was weighting about four kilograms.
