Election results of nine constituencies of Baltistan division (District Skardu and Ghangche) were announced by the District Election Commissioner Skardu and District Election Commissioner Ghangche. According to the results announced by the District Election Commissioner Skardu, Syed Mehdi Shah elected unofficially from constituency Skardu-1, Sheikh Nisar Hussain Sarbaz from Skardu-2, Wazir Shakeel Ahmed from Skardu-3, Wazir Hassan from Sardu-4, Syed Mohammad Ali Shah from Skardu-5, all five candidates belong to PPP while from Skardu-6, Raja Azam Khan of MQM was declared successful. According to the election results announced by the District Election Commissioner Ghangche, Mohammad Jaffar of PPP elected from Ghangche-1, Haji Mohammad Ismail of PPP from Ghangche-3 while Molve Mohammad Abdullah of PML-N from Ghangche-2 elected unofficially. Official results would be announced on Nov 14, Saturday, when the Returning Officers will declare results in their respective constituencies. It may be mentioned here that out of 24 seats, election were held on 23 seats of Gilgit-Baltistan legislative Assembly and out of 23, nine constituencies are in Baltistan Division (Six in Skardu and three in Ghangche).
