INDIA Friday decried the just-concluded polls in Gilgit-Baltistan, formerly the Northern Areas which was renamed by Pakistan a few months ago, as 'just another cosmetic exercise intended to camouflage Islamabads illegal occupation of areas of Jammu and Kashmir, reported Indian media.
