The Election Tribunal of Peshawar High Court declared NWFP assembly member of JUI-F as ineligible and directed issuance of the notification regarding success of the one who stood second in the polls on Thursday, a private TV reported. Gulistan Bhatti of JUI-F was elected as MPA in 2008 polls from PF-69, while his opponent Habib Ullah Kundi filed a writ in the EC. The writ contained the allegations that Bhattis madrassah degree is not equivalent to graduation. Now the court has announced Kundi as his replacement as he stood second in the said elections.
