Three passengers, including two women, were killed and eight others sustained injuries in a road accident in Garha Mor area of Multan on Sunday. Police said that a passenger van collided with a truck coming from opposite direction in Garha Mor in which three passengers, including two women, were killed on the spot while eight others sustained injuries. Immediately after the accident locals rushed to the spot and rescued the passengers from the wreckage of the van and shifted the injured to hospital for treatment. Police also arrived at the spot and launched investigation into the incident.
