ISLAMABAD - The Council of Common Interests meeting scheduled for today was deferred due to unavailability of some of the members, sources in the government informed. The agenda for the CCI meeting was to address the concerns of the Punjab Government on the gas distribution mechanism, while the issue of restructuring of some of the state-owned corporations and departments was also to be figured in the meeting. Sources, when asked, said that the new date for the CCI meeting would be fixed again keeping in view the availability of all the four chief ministers and other members of CCI. -Concern over gas cut Editorial on page 6
