Chitral Lowari Top road has been opened for general traffic. According to sources, the road has been opened and all kinds of vehicles are passing through the route. Sources said National Highway Authority has removed ice lying on both sides of the road by using heavy machinery. Lowari Top was closed due to heavy snowfall 7-days ago. Chitral communication linkage has been restored with rest of the country after the opening of Lowari Top road.
