ISLAMABAD - Intelligence agencies have arrested nine high profile terrorists here on Saturday. Sources in intelligence agencies informed The Nation that all nine terrorists were affiliated with a banned organisation and belonged to Afghanistan and Bajaur Age-ncy. They included Mohammad Zaka, Kabli, Gulshan, Hamiat Khan and others. The sources said that they were planning to attack the Presidents House, Prime Ministers House and Parliament House, besides attacking offices of the law enforcement agencies in the twin cities. They added that intelligence agencies after a three-month struggle succeeded in arresting the high profile terrorists. Maps of important places, fake identity cars, passports, weapons and explosive devices were recovered from the custody of the terrorists. It was a great success of intelligence agencies and they saved twin cities from huge disaster, sources maintained. Police sources confirmed that nine terrorists had been arrested, adding that interrogation was being carried out by the personnel of intelligence agencies.
