ISLAMABAD Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry held lack of command responsible for the worsening law and order situation in Karachi. He maintained that only in January 75 persons had been killed in Karachi, adding this had been happening, as the IG Police Sindh and DG FIA were contractual employees. The Chief Justice made these remarks during the hearing of Haj corruption case on Thursday. A six-member bench led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case.
