DERA ISMAIL KHAN (Online) - In another incident of target killing in Dera Ismail Khan, District leader of Pakistan Peoples Party Javed Baqir and his wife were killed in Dera Gulshan Colony on Sunday. The unfortunate incident happened at 12:30 am when unknown armed men opened indiscriminate firing at PPP leader and his wife who were going to their home after attending a marriage ceremony. As a result, they died on the spot. The police after registering case started the investigations. It is noted that after a joint search operation by Army and Police, the law and order situation in the city had improved but after these killings, the city is again in grip of fear.
