Senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Senator Pervez Rashid has admitted that some elements in the party have objections over new nomenclature for the North West Frontier Province (NWFP). In an exclusive chat with a Private TV Channel, he said, we are trying our level best to create consensus among Party ranks over new nomenclature for the North West Frontier Province. Replying to a question, he made it clear his party has no objections on Provincial autonomy. We are in favor of Provincial autonomy, he added. We are ready to render any sacrifice, as Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif showed on issue with regard to National Finance Commission (NFC), he added. At time when Former President Gen. (Retd) Pervez Musharraf toppled democratic elected Government of PML-N, we knew we would have to face difficulties but we refused to bow down before a dictator, he said.
