Court rejects Mark De Aavons bail plea

The local court of Peshawar on Monday has rejected bail plea of US national Mark De Aavon because he has failed to present travel documents while he would remain on judicial remand for ten days. According to private TV channel, Mark De Aavon US national arrested from Peshawar for not possessing proper documents was produce before the Judicial Magistrate on Monday, the court rejected his bail plea. During the hearing the Magistrate said that Mark has been arrested under 14 Foreign Act. According to the 14-Foreign Act, foreigners should possess proper travel documents otherwise the court has authority of taking action against them, so the court rejected his bail plea. The court stated that if De Aavon would have presented his proper travel documents then his bail plea would have been accepted. The court directed to produce him again on 7th March.
