PRELIMINARY investigation regarding Indian dossier over the Mumbai attacks is complete and has been submitted to the Interior Ministry, reported private TV channels. The interim report will be released in the next two days. Quoting from the interim report, TV channels reported that the dossier says: "The attacks on Mumbai were planned outside Pakistan." There is however, no mention of any group responsible for the attacks in the initial report. The probe was based on the information provided by the Indian government to the Pakistan authorities. An important meeting is to be held on Thursday (today) and will be chaired by Adviser on Interior Rehman Malik.
