Sapling of change planted, alliance with Nawaz possible if he declares his assets: Imran Khan

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said that country has undergone a big shift of opinion as sapling of change has been planted and with nutrition of efforts to restore peace and economy of country it would soon start bearing fruit. Talking to media persons at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore before leaving for China on Monday, Imran Khan said that massive public gathering and unity of patriots has proved that people were fed up of the sitting government and political leaders who betrayed them while they were in power and also when on opposition benches. To a question regarding political alliance with Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N), he said that PTI could consider the proposal if Mian Nawaz Sharif would fulfill the demand of making his assets public. Imran Khan said that PTI has torpedoed their tacit partner-ship, now they will not be able to keep the power between themselves. Their time is up, our time is now, the PTI chairman said and added that a sweeping revolution is in the making, which will dwarf the one, people saw in 1970. Khan who was quite confident after flexing his political muscles in Lahore, told newsmen that his party had set up a cell to collect the details of politicians' assets and as soon as they have enough material, they would knock the doors of Supreme Court of Pakistan and Election Commission of Pakistan. Following this, he added, we would launch an ultimatum for them and then jam all the cities of Pakistan. He also invited all those politicians who want to save Pakistan to break the shackles of fear and stand by him for the same cause. The erstwhile fast bowler also forecast elections after March 2012.
