The Vladimir Putin teapot is here

LONDON: Fans of Vladimir Putin looking for new merchandise for the home are in luck - you can now stare at the Russian president while pouring a cup of tea.
A white teapot has been engraved with the likeness of the tough leader, with the spout coming out of the side of his head.
The sculpture was created by Mike Leavitt and is part of his collaboration with Charles Krafft, in which they create work featuring ‘controversial’ subjects. ‘The Pitchfork Pal series is a meditation on the concept of evil,’ Krafft said.
‘As ugly as it is for any American to pronounce the president of Russia “evil”, there could be weight to this argument. One viewer’s interpretation of this… teapot was that it’s a reference to the alleged poisoning of former FSB and KGB officer Alexander Litvinenko via his tea cup.’ The teapot is made of white porcelain and has dimensions of 8inches by 4 inches by 10 inches.–MT
