Google Maps help unite family after 23 years

SICHUAN: A man who was abducted as a child has used Google Maps to find his way home after 23 years.

Luo Gang, fromChina, was taken as he made his way to hisSichuannursery when he was just five-years-old. Although he was transferred 2,000 kilometres away from where he had lived, he longed to get home and even made sure he remembered key details of his old area.

Armed with this information he turned to Google Maps two decades after he was forced to live with another family, and somehow managed to recognise structures near Guangan town.

With the help of charity Baby Come Home, which helps reunite abducted children with their families, Luo managed to find his parents in the Yaojiaba area.–Metro
