Rawalpindi- The state of District Head Quarter hospital is in dire straits due to the negligence of the hospital administration. Three out of six ventilators of Operation Theaters in District Head Quarter hospital are out of order since the past three months while three ambulances were also dysfunctional. The rest of two ambulances are being used by high officials of hospital. Although, heavy amount for the repair ventilators and ambulances was approved during budget of current year but it was of no use.
