LAHORE – Inaugural Hamza Shahbaz Sharif Punjab Snooker Championship will be played here tomorrow (February 2) under the supervision of All Punjab Snooker and Billiard Association (APSBA).
“The prime objective of this activity is to identify new snooker talent and to groom it for future needs,” said APSBA spokesman here on Thursday. He said the second phase of the event would be played in seven cities of the province from March 10.
“It is the best way to engage youth to snooker and to provide them competitive snooker activity,” he added. The final will be played on March 27.
