Pakistan wicketkeeper Sarfraz Ahmed has neglected all the controversies regarding his omission from the T20 squad in the recently concluded two-match series against Sri Lanka.
Sarfaraz said in an interview, “I am just happy that the team won the T20 series and improved their international ranking. I have no issues if I am rested. My job is to give my best performances whenever I play.”
While talking to journalists, ODI captain Azhar Ali said that dropping Sarfraz Ahmed was a tough decision.
Afridi said Sarfaraz is important for the national cricket team. “He is a match-winner and will definitely get a chance in the next series,” he said.
