ISLAMABAD - Hina Butt helped Jhelum beat AJK by four wickets in the Inter-district Women U-19 T20 Tournament 2013-14 match here at ARL ground on Thursday. Batting first, AJK were bowled out for meager 40 runs in 14.2 overs. Hina from Jhelum was the best bowler as she claimed 5-9 while Masooma Basharat took 3-12. In reply, Jhelum achieved the target in just 10.5 for the loss of six wickets. Masooma Basharat made unbeaten 11. Madiha Rasheed from AJK took 4-6 but her heroics failed to stop AJK from defeat. In the earlier match, AJK girls handed over a six-run defeat to Rawalpindi. Batting first, AJK girls scored 61-8 in the allotted overs. Madiha Rasheed made 15. Komal Jabbar grabbed 3-7 while Norina Khalil got 2-9. In reply, Rawalpindi were all out for 55 in 17.4 overs.–Staff Reporter
