ISLAMABAD - Pakistan disabled cricket team won its second match of the ICRC T20 in a row after beating hosts Bangladesh by 20 runs on D/L method played at BKSP cricket ground on Saturday.
Bangladesh team was bowled out for 112 runs. Aminuddin was top scorer with 33 runs while Drupam Tirtho added 22. Pakistan’s Fayyaz Ahmed claimed 4-11 while Rao Javeed and Nihar Alam took two wickets each.
Pakistan replied in a positive fashion but then rain interrupted the match and the green shirts could score 48 for the loss of one wicket in six overs. Skipper Hasnain Alam scored unbeaten 35 while Matloob Qureshi scored seven runs. Pakistan team was declared winner on D/L method. Fayyaz Ahmed was named player of the match for his outstanding bowling spell. Pakistan will meet England today (Sunday).
