Challenge Cup Volleyball Tournament

ISLAMABAD - KPK, Wapda and Navy registered victories in the POF Chairman Challenge Cup Volleyball Tournament 2014 on the second day of the event played at POF Sports Gymnasium Wah Cantt on Tuesday. In the first match of the day, KPK defeated Punjab 3-1, Wapda won the second match with utmost ease as they brushed hosts POF 3-0 while in the third match, Navy was too strong for hapless Army side, as they never allowed Army boys any chance to settle down in the match and won it 3-0. In the first game, Navy won 25-12. Army put up a decent comeback in the second game but eventually lost the game 25-20 while the third game also went down to the wire before Navy stamping their authority and winning the game 25-18 to clinch the match.–Staff Reporter
