KARACHI - An England-based restaurateur has launched an initiative under which selected Pakistani youngsters would be given training in a football club located in Southall next month.
Southall Football Club has planned with the support of the Pakistani community based in UK to select thirty promising under-14 youngsters for giving them training at the club.
Dilawar Chaudhary, a representative of the club, has informed Pakistani officials about his plans under which talent hunt scheme would be launched in the Pakistani provinces during the month of June to pick juniors for training course. Dilawar said the project to train Pakistani youngsters was a community backed project and Football Association has shown interest in the project and agreed to support it, he added.
