LAHORE – Pakistan cricketer Raza Saeed has managed to book berth in the Australia Lawyers cricket team which will play its series against New Zealand lawyers team in January next year. Raza, who belongs to Lahore, is the only Muslim and Pakistani cricketer, who was made part of the Australia lawyers cricket team. He will also lead the Australian team in the Lawyers Cricket World Cup to be held next year in Sri Lanka. Talking to this scribe, Raza said: “I have great love and passion for cricket. When I was ignored many times by Pakistani cricket selectors, I have decided to move to Australia where I was selected to lead Australia lawyers cricket team, which is a great honour for me as well as for my country. I will try my best to help my team register crucial victories.”
