LAHORE – The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) administration course for men and women has concluded here which was graced by Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) president Lt Gen (r) Arif Hassan. POA secretary Khalid Mehmood, PbOA secretary Idrees Hayder Khawaja, associate secretary Waqar Ahmed, Pakistan Rugby Union (PRU) president Fawzi Khawaja and others were also present. Speaking to the participants, Arif said that the POA had tried their best to arrange the event in a befitting way and succeed in doing so. “We will arrange such courses in every quarter of the year. We are trying to affiliate these courses to the OCA and if not possible, then we will be arranging this at POA platform. Around 90 percent Olympic matters have been cleared and only 5 to 10 percent are left to resolve.”
