ISLAMABAD - Top seed Danish Atlas Khan and Nasir Iqbal entered the final of the Chairman POF Trophy National Squash Championship after beating their respective opponents in the semi-finals played at Jahangir Khan Squash Complex, Wah Cantt on Tuesday.
In the first semi-final top Danish Atlas Khan beat Aqib Hanif. Danish won the first game 11-5 but Aqib didn't panicked and bounced back to win the second game 15-13. Danish used his experience of playing at international level and won the third game 11-2, Danish went on to win the fourth game 11-6 thus taking the match 3-1, the match lasted for 57 minutes.
In the second semi-final Nasir Iqbal beat Farhan Zaman by 11-5, 11-9, 9-11 and 11-4 to set final date with Danish Atlas. The final will be played today at 4:00pm.
