ISLAMABAD:- Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Wednesday refused to hear a petition challenging the decision of federal government to appoint Najam Sethi as chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) after removing Zaka Ashraf from his office. Justice Siddiqui conducted the hearing of petition filed by a petitioner Abdullah Tahir and remarked that he could not hear the case since he had already given the decision regarding the removal of Zaka as PCB chairman. Therefore, the judge sent the matter to Chief Justice IHC Justice M Anwar Khan Kasi for constitution of new bench in this matter. –Staff Reporter
