LAHORE India won the World Circle Style Kabaddi Championship defeating Pakistan in the final at Ludhiana. The hosts dominated the contest right from the beginning as they had also an advantage of the support from the home crowd of over 70,000 due to which they won the title with a prominent margin of 58-24 points. Earlier in the semi-finals, Pakistan had defeated Spain while India beat Canada.
