A single member bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noor-ul-Haq N Qureshi resumed hearing of a plea filed by former coach of Army cricket team Ahmed Nadeem Saddal, seeking direction for restoration of Zaka Ashraf as PCB chairman.
During course of hearing, counsel for petitioner Riasat Ali Azad requested the bench to direct the government to implement the court orders for reinstatement of Zaka as the PCB chairman. He said that the notification issued to dissolve the board of governors was not according to the law and it should be declared null and void.
