AHMEDABAD (India) The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is looking out for two different specialist coaches in pace bowling and fielding departments, it is learnt here. According to the advertisements posted on the ICCs website, the pace bowling coach and fielding coach will assist the players of different group of players from national team, A team and the National Cricket Academy. Both specialist coaches will report to the head coach Jamie Siddons. They will be required to motivate the players and assist them in reaching their optimum performance. The preference will be given to candidates having experience and exposure at international level, the advertisement says. The new coaches are also expected to work independently in the absence of head coach.
