Prince Club win 7-a-side Cricket trophy

LAHORE - Prince Club lifted the Seven-a-Side Cricket Tournament trophy when they outclassed New Punjab Club Kilbath by five wickets in the final of the event played here at the newly-laid Punjab Bank Society Ground Bedian Road. Young all-rounder Zeeshan Mughal (24* and 2-10) emerged as man of the final. Earlier in the semi-final of this one-day activity, skipper Fahadul Haq, with his all-round display, enabled Prince Club to defeat DHA Club. Man of the match Sadamul Haq (3-15) excelled in Prince Club’s two-run quarter-final victory. Raza, of the Bankers equity, gave the prizes after the final. The event was organised by the organising committee, headed by Asif Zahoor, a former Al-Aain (UAE) cricket star. The matches of the tournament were supervised by Irfan Dilshad and Nasir Mahmood.
