LAHORE – The Punjab Women Judo Association (PWJA) is organising a referees and judges course from March 22 at Faisalabad. Shahid Javed, an international judo referee, will conduct the useful activity to upgrade the knowledge of female participants. "Female technical officials belonging to various parts of the province will be attending this beneficial activity", said a spokesperson of the PWJA here on Tuesday. This course is a part of PWJA development programme to promote the game and to equip female martial art technical officials with the knowledge of latest development and changes in international rules. Such courses would be replicated in other cities of the province in the due course of time, the spokesperson concluded.–Staff Reporter
