BERLIN - Hamburg's director of sport Oliver Kreuzer has said he expects a fight on his hands to keep Germany U-21 hotshot striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga. Lasogga joined Hamburg on loan in September on a one-year deal from Hertha Berlin and has since made an impact under Dutch coach Bert van Marwijk, scoring nine goals in nine games, including his maiden Bundesliga hat-trick. Van Marwijk, who took charge of Hamburg at the end of September, has said he is a big fan of Lasogga, who scored three goals in the 5-0 rout of Nuremberg in October. "If he wants to go back to Berlin, we probably have no chance," Kreuzer said. "If an English club comes into play, again, we probably have no chance, but if Lasogga wants to stay here and we can agree on the finances, it would be a good situation for us."–AFP
