LAHORE - Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shaharyar M Khan has approved the U-17 squad for the series against England U-17 team in the UAE on the recommendation of the junior selection committee. PCB will host the England U-17 squad for a series of four matches (three one-dayers and one three-day) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from February 10 to 27. This is the reciprocal tour in lieu of Pakistan U-17’s visit of England in August last year. U-17 team comprises Gauhar Hafeez (capt), Sajawal Riaz, M Zohaib, Yousaf Babar, Shahid Ali Khan, Ghulam Haider, Usman Khan, Umair Masood (wk, vc), Saif Ali Ghori, M Umar, Ghulam Murtaza, Ikramullah Niazi, M Safi, Shadab Khan and M Asghar. The reserves include Rao Irfan, Muneeb-ur-Rehman, Zeeshan Babar, Ahmed Sultan and Hassan Khan.
