LAHORE Pakistan will take on West Indies in the first quarterfinal to be played in Dhaka on March 23.
After the defeat at the hands of India, West Indies placed last in their group and according to the ICC decision, the top team of either group will vie against the lower team of either group in the quarterfinals.
India will take on Australia in the 2nd quarterfinal to be played at Ahmedabad on March 24.
New Zealand will meet South Africa in the third quarterfinals to be played on March 25 at Dhaka.
Sri Lanka will host England in Colombo on March 26 in the last quarterfinal of the World Cricket mega event.
The semi-finals of the World Cup will be played at Colombo and Ahmedabad on March 30 and 31st respectively.
The final of the mega event will be held on April 2 in Mumbai.
