The first annual general meeting of Avant Hotels (Pvt) Ltd, a joint venture company of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Pakistan International Airlines Investments Limited (PIAIL) was held here on Monday at National cricket academy and reviewed the progress of the project. Federal Secretary Defence Lt Gen (retd) Asif YasinMalik, who is also the chairman of the company, chaired the meeting. The PCB was represented by its chief Ch Zaka Ashraf, COO Subhan Ahmad, GM Estates Abdul Ghafoor Bhatti while CFO Badar Khan and Legal Advisor Taffazul Rizvi were also present. The PIAIL was represented by MD PIAIL Dr Najeeb Samie and GM Finance Akbar Ali.
