Aamir urges PSF chief to recognise his services

ISLAMABAD - Asian senior individual squash champion Aamir Atlas Khan looked very upset with the treatment rendered to him by Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF), despite winning numerous medals for the country at Asian and international level. Talking to The Nation, Aamir said: “It is quite unfortunate that the PSF completely ignored a player like him, whenever I went to the federation to get sponsorship to participate in PSA events.”
He said: “Atlas bothers once again have proved that we are by far the best in the country, as I beat my brother Danish to book berth for the CAS $25,000 Championship final. Atlas family had made great sacrifices for the country and played pivotal role in helping Pakistan win countless medals.
“It is my humble request to PSF president Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt to provide me justice and duly recognise me and my family’s services. He should take notice of the discrimination and humiliation I went through at the hands of persons sitting in the federation,” Aamir concluded.
