Inzamam announces probable squad for England tour

 Pakistan Chief Selector Inzamam-ul-Haq has announced the 21 probable players for England tour starting from July 14, Waqt News reported.

“The team has five openers, two wicketkeepers, two spinners, seven fast bowlers, seven middle-order batsmen,” he told media.

While addressing the press conference the Chief Selector said he has talked with the trainers in Abbotabad and they are pretty confident that camps like these are beneficial for the players. "Next time it should be arranged for a longer period of time,” Inzaman said.

“This camp will be ended on May 28 and players will be given two days rest,“ he told media. “From May 30 to June 5, a weeklong skill camp for the England tour will be arranged,” he further added.

The new Chief Selector and Coach has said that the policy with regard to fitness and discipline of the players will be strictly followed. Inzamam did not select opener Ahmad Shahzad and Middle Order batsmen Umer Akmal over disciplinary issues.

Muhammad Hafeez*, Sami Aslam, Khurram Manzoor, Sarfraz Ahmed, Muhammad Rizwan, Shan Masood, Asif Zakir, Azhar Ali, Younus Khan, Misbahul Haq, Asad Shafiq, Iftikhar Ahmed, Muhammad Amir, Rahat Ali, Imran khan, Junaid Khan, Ehsan Adil, Sohail Khan, Akbarur Rahman, Yasir Shah*, Zulfiqar Babar, Wahab Riaz (if selected, will join team from Essex).
