Sajid dedicates GWR feat to his son

LAHORE - Sajid Ikram, who attempted Guinness World Record (GWR) of most pull ups in six hours, has vowed to regain the feat if any country breaks it in the future. He also dedicated his world record to his one-year son. In a telephonic interview from Bahawalpur, Sajid said: “The Punjab Youth Festival (PYF) has provided our talented youth best opportunity to exhibit their prowess in various fields. We are thankful to Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Minister for Sports Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan and DG SBP Usman Anwar for providing us such a big platform to show our potential,” he added. To a query, Sajid replied that he and his other record-setting fellows did hard struggle for a long time and then were able to register their names in the GWR.–Staff Reporter
