West Indies captain Darren Sammy said they had been “dominated by the number-one team in the world in all formats of the game” as their tour of England ended without an international win.  “We fly tomorrow (Monday), we’ve got a game on Saturday against New Zealand in Florida and we don’t get a break until August 7,” said Sammy.
