LAHORE The Pakistans High Commission in Malaysia honoured the countrys disabled cricket team in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia on the occasion of Pakistan Day, Manager of the team Mohammad Nizam told The Sports Encounter on phone. Pakistans acting High Commissioner Dr Imtiaz A Qazi invited us and we are glad attending March 23 ceremony, Mohammad Nizam said from Kuala Lumpur. Pakistani community and all the officials of Pakistan High Commission were present on the occasion and they all were glad to meet Pakistani disabled cricket team, Nizam was quoted on Thursday. We are very satisfied with arrangements from Malaysian Cricket Council, he noted. Pakistan disabled cricket team is currently on its first international tour in Malaysia. They have already played two matches winning one of them. They lost the first one against Frontier Club by 83 runs and then bounced back to win the second tier against Awan Club by huge margin of 180 runs. In the second phase, Pakistan disabled cricket team will go to Singapore and play one match against a local team and then they will tour another Malaysian city Johor Bahru to play last two matches. Pakistan team will return home on 1st April 1.
