Soha of Sindh best female swimmer of National Games






KARACHI - Soha Sanjrani of Sindh who bagged seven medals including five gold was declared best female swimmer of the 32nd National games, according information given by the officials of Sindh Swimming Association here on Wednesday.
Sindh won the female category of championship while Wapda clinched the male section of the event.
Wapda emerged as the overall winner of the swimming championships followed by Sindh. Ghulam Muhammad of Wapda with six golds was declared best male swimmer.
Both the Sindh and Wapda teams should thank Pakistan Army for boycotting the Games because in the presence of Army swimmers Wapda could not have won the overall trophy and the best swimmer award. Pakistan Navy which has best swimmers and PAF joined Pakistan Army in abstaining from the competition.
