Young Rising FC thrash KPK in Women Soccer


ISLAMABAD - Defending champions Young Rising Star Women FC off to flying start by thrashing KPK girls 9-0 in the inaugural match of the 8th National Women Football Championship 2012 here at Jinnah Stadium on Friday.
PFF Women Wing Chairperson Rubeena Irfan was the chief guest on the opening ceremony. 
Thanks to a hat trick each by Asmara Habib and Bushra Jamali, Young Rising were at the top of the game as she opened the scoring in the 5th minute. Asmara made it 2-0 in the 20th minute. Bushra again scored in the 37th minute. Young Rising finished the first half with 3-0 lead.
Aiza Waheed scored in the 47th minute to make it 4-0, Asmara in the 48th minute, Bushra completed hat trick in the 54th minute. Asmara’s also completed her hat trick in the 55th minute. Sehar joined the party in the 62nd minute before Asmara scored her fourth and team’s 9th goal in the 68th minute to complete 9-0 victory.
In the second match Islamabad beat HEC 4-0, Emaan and Adiha both scored a brace for the winners. In the third match Army crush AJK 10-0. Sana Gul scored 4 goals including hat trick and Roshnan Ali also scored a hat trick, Malika Ali scored a brace and Arwa Afridi completed the rout. Sindh and LSE play 0-0 draw.
