I wish to bring in the notice of government that the overhead pedestrian bridges they have made for the public may have brought some relief to pedestrians but they have also become vestiges of petty criminals. These criminals misuse these facilities for snatching mobiles or misbehaving with girls on these bridges. Perhaps a few security personnel from an admittedly over-stretched police force need to be spared for duty on these bridges to ensure safety of the general public from petty crimes taking place on them. -HIRA ARSHAD, Karachi, March 31.
