QUETTA - A man who sustained serious injuries in Thursday’s incident when armed men ambushed a van carrying people belonging to Hazara community at Spanny Road of Quetta succumbed to his wounds Saturday. The deceased, Hashiq Hussain was admitted to Combined Military Hospital Quetta for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.
 Five people, including a woman were killed and six others were wounded in the tragic incident that sparked violent protest in the city while a policeman was shot dead by angry protestors.
