Islamabad- Ministry for religious affairs has opened a library in Blue Area.
The ministry has placed over 10,000 historical and rare books in this library. These books were owned by the ministry and were kept idle in Haji camp. When this matter came into knowledge of secretary ministry for religious affairs, Sikandar Ismail Khan, he took notice of it and got shifted these precious books to green tower with setting a library therein. A good chunk of this array of books contains commentary on the Holy Quran, Hadith, Jurisprudence and other books encompass different aspects of Islam.
